Michael is President of 108 Securities Inc., which he founded in 2011, and Managing Partner of Cassandra Capital L.P., a private venture capital fund co-founded in 2007. With over 25 years of banking and investment experience, recently Michael has actively led clients through a variety of investment banking and venture capital mandates including private placements, divestitures, M&A, going public transactions, work outs and venture formations.  He has extensive experience in CEO,  CFO and Board governance roles which he has assumed in portfolio companies, serving as a director for portfolio private/public companies and two venture capital funds. 108 Securities Inc. is an OSC regulated and licensed Exempt Market Dealer under which Michael has earned the required compliance designations to operate this firm.
